Can I select different ink colors? BACK TO TOP

Yes! We can use your company colors for your logo and other items on your form. See if you can find out what PMS color is used. Depending on the product, adding colors usually increases the price. Black ink is of course no extra charge. We can quote you a price for various scenarios: black, black and one color, black and two colors etc.. The sequential numbering on the forms is done in red ink. This red does not count as an additional color.

Rush Service: I need my order delivered by a certain date. Can you get it there on time?BACK TO TOP

Tell us up front when you need the item. If we can not get it to you in time, we will not take your order. We'd rather not disappoint you, so we are very conservative about shipping time estimates. We can not rush orders or guarranty delivery dates. Shipping on the same day that the order was placed is not available.

What does shipping cost?BACK TO TOP

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the item, the distance it is shipped, and the method of shipping chosen. The choices are UPS ground, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight. NOTE: the faster the method, the more it is going to cost you. Shipping overnight can easily be double the cost of regular UPS ground if not more.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. Your card is charged when the order ships.

All the available quantities for web orders are shown. Larger quantities are always available by phone. For quotes on higher quantities please call us.

How do you go about designing a custom form?BACK TO TOP

Usually we start with the standard form which is the closest match for what you have in mind. To find the closest form, browse through the web site or look at a catalog. If you do not have a catalog either email us or call us to request one. Request that a sample of the forms you like best be sent to you. Make a copy of the form you like the most and mark the changes you want to make. Or another approach is to use a software package to create an initial layout if you have something very different in mind. Some things to consider: think about the size you want the form to be: 8 1/2" x 11" or smaller, the number of parts you want, the ink colors (black or reflex blue are the cheapest), whether you want the forms numbered, and whether you want a logo. We will work through all these decisions with you and your form will gradually take shape!

I requested overnight shipping on a product I ordered on Saturday. I expected the product to arrive on Tuesday but it did not. Why? BACK TO TOP

On unimprinted orders, processing the order takes 24 to 48 hours. Imprinted products take 3 to 5 days to proof and print. Orders placed on Saturday are not processed until Monday morning. If your unimprinted order arrived at the factory on Monday morning, it is processed and shipped out Tuesday or Wednesday and should arrive on Wednesday or Thursday even with overnight shipping.

How much more can I expect to pay for custom forms versus standard forms? BACK TO TOP

At quantities of 1000 or more, the cost of a custom form is usually the same as that of a standard form. At a quantity of 500, a custom form will probably cost more. How much more is hard to say. To decide on how many forms to order, think about how many forms you use in one year. If your forms are sequentially numbered, it makes it a lot easier to know this. We recommend ordering enough for one or two years at a time.

Imprint too long: I have been told that the imprint I entered in my order will not fit in the space available. It let me type it in, why is it wrong?BACK TO TOP

Often the text becomes too long if you are using a logo or a very wide font. The order program can not calculate these factors up front. We resolve this problem by abbreviating the text, changing the font, or changing the logo.

Do you have my reorder information? BACK TO TOP

Yes we save your order information on line for two years. We know at what number to start, your previous imprint information, and logo choices. Email us with your re-order request, tell us the if you want to change the quantity, imprint or anything else. We will confirm your reorder.

How do I place a reorder? BACK TO TOP

You can now login to our site as a registered user. All orders placed once you have a login ID will be saved for easy reordering. For reorders of your items which can not be seen online, call us at 1 877 644-6644 and tell us which item you want, any changes to the imprint, and the quantity desired. We will contact you to confirm the order.

How soon can my order arrive? BACK TO TOP

Most standard form orders are ready to be shipped within 3 - 5 days. Unimprinted items (such as W-2 forms) usually ship within a day. Custom orders are printed and shipped only after you approve a final proof for your item. Proofs can be sent via email to speed up the process.

How can I get a custom look for the price of a stock form? BACK TO TOP

One way is to include your company address and contact information in your company logo graphics file. The artwork will be used as the entire imprint so you can have your own font and layout exactly as you design it. If your artwork is camera ready and of sufficient print quality, there often is no set up charge to include your logo.

Can you produce custom forms? BACK TO TOP

Yes we do! We can do custom forms, checks, invoices, and sales books. Basically everything we sell can be tailored to your needs. Tell us what you want and we will work with you to make your vision become a reality. It helps if you can find a standard form in the catalog to use as a starting point.

Why are all imprints reviewed by the graphics department? BACK TO TOP

Sometimes the text doesn't fit on one line. For instance on some forms, adding a stock logo and choosing a large type style causes a line to exceed the number of characters which will fit. If this happens, we will call you to see how we can reword your text to make it fit.
